I started working with Baumann & DeGroot about six years ago. We signed up for a service agreement, so they call me, then we make an appointment for a technician to come out and make sure everything works okay. They’re always prompt with their calls to me to set up appointments, and I don’t need to think about that.

I get the call, we make the date.  It’s done. You know, it is easy to get ahold of them because  a person answers the phone, so it’s really nice that way. We recently had a whole heating system put in. We had no idea what we were getting, so we called our reliable heating company and Chad came out with some selections for us to choose from, and he was very helpful in how he walked us through that.

The technicians have been good with answering questions. I like to watch what they do and sort of learn how it works. They can actually talk about what they do. They can talk about whether we’re putting this here and we’re moving that there. And this looks good. It eases my mind to have a little bit. of understanding of what is going on with my heating and cooling systems.

I would recommend Baumann & DeGroot because I’ve been with them six years and because it’s been great. I mean, I really have no complaints. I’ve been comfortable in our home and there’s been no problems and we can count on them. That’s a price that’s right for me.
